Hi,
You can configure footer style in Appearance>Theme options>Footer options for the entire website http://prntscr.com/belj2i and for individual pages under Page options>Footer options tab http://prntscr.com/belix1

Hello I have sample problem. I can not find Page options>Footer options tab ..Actually this option is not available on my theme..plz need help

Hi,

This option is available in the settings of the page. Simply edit the page, scroll it down to Page Options section. There you will see tabs with options. Select Footer options tab and customize footer settings. This section is available in Jollyness theme by default http://prntscr.com/bh0ndx

Hi thanks for that however I already understood that was there, but assumed there was a way to just load one of the 4 pre-set footer variations?
Also one of the sidebars is inactive and now the footer sidebar is simply trying to display everything in one column instead of in 4 columns. There seems to be no way to rectify this? I have tried creating a new sidebar and setting this as replacement for the footer sidebar however the problem is still there. Can you advise how to rectify this thanks

I have just tried to download the demo data again to reset the footers and it has wiped all of the site completely. I am at a loss to understand as it insisted this would not happen? Can you advise how to recover the site thanks

Hi,

That’s a pity! Demo data is not related to the sidebars and, I’m sorry to say it, it was a bad idea to reimport it 🙁 Hope you have backup of your database to restore your site.

With regard to the footer sidebars, perhaps there was some custom CSS code that broke the columns. We could say more if you provide us link to your site with your wp-login crdentials. You can send them to our email info@crumina.net

Thanks!

Best regards,
Anna
