SupportCategory: Jollyany - WPBody not centered in mobiles
mausit asked 47 years ago

Hi,
I see that my Jollyany does not appears perfectly centered in the mobile.
I think that it is the entire body.
I tested it in a Chrome browser in the Android mobile and also in an iPod by Safari.
Same issue: the entire body it is moving from left to right and viceversa if you drag in this direction.
Also I see always a black and ugly bar on the top of all pages and I don’t understand what exactly it is.
I tried to re-build a new page (home page), and also I changed differents theme options like Show/Hide Topbar or disabled the Custom Header option, same issue….
Web site
How I can fix the entire body/content in the smartphone’s pages?
And how I can remove the black bar on the top of smartphone’s screen?
I would like to have the contact informations on the top, like in the normal computer layout.
Thank for your support

Hi,
We have checked your site. All the content is full responsive and we did not find any black bar on a pages in mobile view.
Please explain your issue with the screenshot of the mobile view of that section page.
Thanks

Hi,
probably I solved the issue of the black bar because was the WordPress Log In bar and I added this little code in the function php file: add_filter( ‘show_admin_bar’, ‘__return_false’ );
The bar disappears, but the issue with the body/content persist.
So, if you drag with your finger on the any page, the entire content moves between left and right, jus 20/30 px less or more…

Thank you for the answer.
Look, it is not a big problem for this site that I’m building, but in all my devices, I can move all the contents to the left if I touch the screen and drag to the left side; if not I made this action the contents are perfectly centered.
This not happen in a new page that I built yesterday: http://www.thegreenstudio.es/demo/index.php/servicios-reformas/ , this is perfect!
So, something happen in the rest of pages. I think that something that I set are wrong but do not worry, as I told you it is not a big issue for me at the moment.

Thank you
